Brief Summary:
Introductory level day hike for Scouts & older. We will be a hike along Bargo River and through the Gorge, starting and ending at Potholes carpark (about 9km). This event will be lead by a Scout and overseen by two Leaders.
Additional Information

This event is open to Scouts and older. There are some steep descents and ascents on bush tracks through the Gorge. For the main ascent has a break afterwards to ensure that this is an enjoyable hike. There will be some compass work to learn or practice your skills.

Perfect for Scouts on Stages 1-3, the hike is approx 9km and will be lead by a Scout Will and overseen by Leaders Mouse & Ikki-Oo.

Drop off & pick up: from Tahmoor follow Rockford Rd until you cross a bridge. Turn fight onto Charlies Point Rd and immediately turn right to the Potholes carpark. Parking area can get congested so car pooling is recommended.

What to bring Backpack, 1.lt water, snacks, lunch, small first aid kit, personal items and a compass.
