Newcastle district are having their annual BP Birthday bash event on the 22nd of February at Glenrock scout camp staring at 8am and finish at 2pm.

The activity of this year is a Photo scavenger hunt. Each group is asked to place their youth into patrols with a member from each section (joeys, cubs, scouts & Venturers), each patrol must have 1 mobile phone to take photos of the items.

Each partcipant is asked to bring the following

Hat (wide brim)

Sunscreen

Drink bottle ( with water)

Suitable walking shoes

Each participant is asked to wear an appropriate sunsafe shirt, preferably with a colar ( if you have a group shirt please wear this).

Cost for this event is $25.00, this includes lunch and site hire fees
