WHO: All Fairfax and Kingsford-Smith Cubs
DATE: Saturday 8th November 2025
COST: $20 per Cub, collected at the door
START:   5.00pm
FINISH: Approximately 9:30PM

WEAR:  Group Scarf Only - no scout uniform
BRING:  Pizza, Drink and Popcorn will be provided.

The event is a Cub Scout only event.  The main leaders will be Ben Politzer and David Malanos.  In addition it is a requirement that at least one Leader from each of the Groups paricipating must be in attendance.  All leaders hold a Certificate of Compentency in running this type of event.  Adult helpers may also be asked to attend.  As mentioned above the primary objective is a movie night that was requested by senior cubs at the end of last year as part of the Districts Annual Cub Scout Youth Forum.  No OAS or VET areas are covered in this event. Participants need to bring warm clothing (no uniform) but wear a Group Scarf, enclosed shoes, maybe also a beanie, raincoat and water bottle - all with names marked. Own transport to and from the activity is required.
