Youth Mental Health First Aid (for Leaders working with youth)

Please Note: This Course is open to the first 22 applications only

The North West Region Scouting Fellowship has recognised the rarity of this course and the cost incurred by the Leaders and the Groups. Therefore, at our recent Fellowship meeting it was agreed to heavily subsidise this course in order to make it readily available to our valued Leaders.

Course Fee is just $25.00 per head including morning tea and light lunch for both days. We understand that there may be some Leaders with special dietary requirements, and we ask that they take care of their requirements themselves.

Course attendees will receive work books and a certificate, details of which will be forwarded to State by Region Office for attachment to their Leader Training Records. Location: The Saturday sessions will be held at the Girl Guide Hall directly opposite Tamworth Hillvue Scout Hall (Region Office). Tamworth Hillvue Hall will be available after 1700 hours on Saturday.  The Sunday sessions will be held at the Tamworth Hillvue Scout Hall.
