Climbing and Training Weekend

Open to all Venturers, Rovers, Adult Helpers, and Leaders.

We are staying at camp Eagle Eye

Climbing at the Sherwood Plateau (will need other leaders and cars to carpool - 4WD necessary for access)

Fully self catered - bring your own tent, sleeping mat/bag, camping gear, chair.

All self catered - bring decent food and all cooking gear (no kitchen)

Fee's will include hiring vertical equipment, but if you have your own equipment then you are welcome to bring it and use it for yourself only. If it is safety gear and made of nylon then it must be less than 10 years old, an inspection must be conducted by either of the two guides running the weekend

Bring a backpack to carry gear to the cliffs from carpark.

Clothing required for any temperature and spare clothes, towel and toiletries.

Bring a waterproof jacket, sturdy shoes, 2L of water bottles, and a head torch.

This is for campers who have basic skills and can look after themselves and are organised.
