Brief Summary:
Try Canoeing! A chance for Cubs to try canoeing and enjoy some fun on the river.
Additional Information
This activity is an a chance for Cub units to try canoeing.
We will be using canoes. Each participant will be wearing a PFD (personal flotation device).
Participants must wear -
- Appropriate clothing for the temperature/weather and be ready to get wet
- Enclosed footwear - at all times when in the water wear either water shoes or old shoes that can get wet. Crocs or thongs are not acceptable.
Participants should bring -
- A water bottle and snack
- Suncreen, hat
- Towel
Leaders are to register as a unit and must be present on the day.
The cost of the event is to cover the use of the gear.
No refunds after the closing date.
