Orama District Christmas Party
Hosted by: 1st Sawtell Scout Group

Time: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Location: Boambee Creek Reserve, Joan Weller Shelter
Join us for a festive celebration by the creek! All members of the Orama District are warmly invited to come together for a day filled with fun, food, and holiday cheer.
What’s on Offer:
- Sausage sizzle
- Delicious platters
- Chips, lollies, and drinks
Feel free to bring along any awards or recognitions you'd like to present. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate everyone’s achievements from the year! (Please inform the event coordinator in advance.)
Important Notes:
- Family and friends of Scouts are welcome, though they are not covered by Scout insurance.
- Non-member attendees under 18 must be supervised by a parent, carer, or guardian.
- All attendees should register on ScoutEvent (Non-Members: leave the “Scout ID” field blank).
What to Bring:
- Hat
- Sunscreen
- Drink bottle
- Swimmers
- Towel
- Picnic blanket or chairs
- Beach toys
- Change of clothes
- Sunglasses
Don’t forget anything you'd usually pack for a relaxing day by the beach!
