Come along and have a say in what your activities team delivers to the region in 2025.

We are offering a drop in service for Leaders who want get involved in Adventerous Activities, either for their own group or for the region

  • Help steer the course of activities in South Met for 2025
  • Participate in hands on use of
  1. How to plan activities
  2. The Activity Notification System
  3. 5 x 5 Risk assesments
  4. State activity planning template
  5. Create activities on Scoutevent.
  • Get some of your qualification upgrading on the spot
  • Get clarification on what you need to get qualifications for Adventerous Activities.
  • Find out about Gear Log. The new equipment register being used in our region.

We will be in the Office for two days. Drop in and make the most of this opportunity.

  • If you have a lap top computer or a USB drive, please bring them along.
  • If you want to get some qualifications awarded through recognition of prior learning fill in the attached documents including the log book template and bring them along.
