WaterFall station loop - Camping at Ullora Falls campground ""NIGHT HIKING""""
Meeting Point / 6pm in the Car Park at Waterfall Station. Coordinates 34.1345° S, 150.9945° E
- Turn off Princes Highway at Waterfall train station
- Walking track starts at the rear of the station’s carpark (marked in Google Maps as "Couranga Walking Track")
Starting at Waterfall station we will walk down the Uloola Walking track (fire trail) until we reach the campgrounds where will camp that night
On the second day we will return to Waterfall Station via the Karloo pools track & Roman Trail arriving at 4pm
This is a light weight camping trip and you will need to carry your own gear including a tent, sleeping bag, cooking equipment, and food for 2 days. If you are coming with a friend you may arrange to share a tent and other equipment. NOTE: You should not be carrying more than 20% of your body weight, excluding water.
Creek and tank water will need to be treated before use, so you will need a way to boil water even if you are planning cold meals.
Scout uniform is not required. There may be opportunities for swimming so a towel and swimwear is encourage (there are no change rooms so take ease of changing into account)
