What to Expect

  1. Friday night, build your own emergency shelter
  2. Saturday participate in round robin skills sessions
  3. Saturday afternoon, 4km hike to a bush setting for a night bivouac 
  4. Sunday, hike back to Camp Coutts for a wrap up and skills consolidation

What you will need

  1. All equipement for an overnight hike. You need to be fully self sufficient. See the downloadable check list
  2. All your own food. (No freeze dried, Cups of Noodles or meals ready to eat)
  3. Pen and note book
  4. Tent
  5. Tarp and cord to make an emergency shelter
